Through numerous iterations and a deep dive into the cultural tapestry of Rome, we crafted a space where every element from decor to menu resonates with a blend of authenticity, whimsy, and thoughtful rebellion. Welcome to ALL ROADS, where flavors both timeless and boundary-pushing, all under one roof, in an environment that celebrates diversity, community, good taste, and unadulterated delight.
It all began with a vision by the partners at Toscana Restaurant Group. Captivated by the rustic charm of Roman-style pinsa and the vibrant pinserias of Rome, we set out to introduce something entirely new to our collection—a "polished-casual" dining concept that would seamlessly blend the flavor of fine dining with the laid-back atmosphere of a casual eatery. Our journey led us to the bustling streets of Rome, specifically to the Tor di Nona neighborhood, where an intriguing piece of graffiti street art caught our eye: a whimsical flying donkey.
This sweet image and the story behind it captured our imagination and epitomized the spirit of thoughtful rebellion and delight we wanted to infuse into our new venture. We embraced this flying donkey as our fictional muse, allowing its free spirit to guide every step of our creative process. The donkey, born of relentless idealism, paved the "road" for what All Roads would become.
With our Roman flying donkey leading the way, we developed our menu to feature not only traditional pinsas but also innovative pinsa sandwiches—adding a delightful twist to the Roman
tradition. Behind our doors, you’ll also discover our enoteca and bottle shop, offering a curated selection of Italian wines that complement every meal.
At All Roads, it’s all walks of life, on all roads, always. Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. The name itself, "All Roads," reflects our belief that just as all roads once led to Rome, so does every path lead to our door—a place where everyone is welcome, and every guest is celebrated. We take pride in sourcing the freshest local ingredients, employing a diverse team from varied life backgrounds, and actively engaging with our community to create a welcoming space for all. Our philosophy extends beyond the menu, as we strive to cultivate a place where everyone feels valued and connected.
All Roads comes from the creative and culinary minds behind Toscana, Bar Toscana, S.Y. Kitchen, and Nella Kitchen & Bar. It is chef-driven with a menu created by Luca Crestanelli and Marco Longinotti, both from Nella Kitchen & Bar in the Santa Ynez Valley. To bring their creations to life, we are thrilled to welcome Bar Toscana Executive Chef Justino Quirino who will manage the kitchen.
